Join Mind Body and Sole for the third annual Mind, Body & Sole Running KidSport 5k Fun Run and Walk! Proceeds will be given to KidSport Vernon, so all kids can play sports! The first 100 people to register will also recieve a free shirt. Great draw prizes will be given out at the end of the run as well as lots of refreshments, coffee and snacks for the runners. Hope to see everyone there!
